Continuum
Support

How can we help?

Continuum runs every coding agent - Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, OpenCode, OpenRouter, and Antigravity - from your Mac, and lets you steer sessions from your iPhone and Apple Watch. Here's how to get set up and where to reach us.

01Getting started

  1. Install Continuum on your Mac and open it - it lives in the menu bar.
  2. In the Mac app, open the dashboard and choose Sync with iPhone to generate a pairing QR code.
  3. Install Continuum on your iPhone (and the Apple Watch app), then scan the code to pair.
  4. Start or resume a coding session on the Mac and steer it from your phone or wrist.

02Common questions

iPhone shows “Waiting for Mac sync”

Make sure both devices are on the same network (or reachable over Tailscale) and the Mac app is running, then re-scan the pairing QR from the Mac dashboard.

No sessions or usage showing up

Continuum reads the local state of your AI coding CLIs on the paired Mac. Make sure you've launched at least one agent (e.g. Claude Code or Codex) on that Mac so there's activity to surface.

Watch app looks empty

The Watch mirrors the iPhone. Confirm the iPhone is paired to your Mac and showing live sessions first; the Watch will follow once the phone is connected.
